Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
During the course of arguments, learned counsel representing the petitioner has handed over a copy of an email dated 17.12.2025 stating that the petitioner has raised his grievances to the Hon'ble Supreme Court by way of a representation. The same is taken on record. 3.
Accordingly, without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, we find it appropriate to require the Secretary General of the Supreme Court to take a decision on the said representation as early as possible.

We therefore dispose of the writ petition along with pending application, with the direction to the Secretary General of the Supreme Court to attend to the said representation dated 17.12.2025 and take appropriate decision thereon as early as possible.
