The Appeal filed by the Petitioners herein is pending before the DRAT [hereinafter referred to as Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal]. 4.

Through the present Petition, the Petitioners pray for a direction for expeditious disposal of the Appeal.

The Chairperson, DRAT, Delhi has demitted office, and additional charge has been given to the Chairperson, DRAT, Calcutta. 6.

In the absence of complete information with regard to the total number of cases pending before DRAT-Delhi and DRAT-Calcutta, it would not be appropriate, to issue any direction.
