The present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent nos.1 to 3 to safeguard the life, liberty and property of the petitioner from respondent nos.4 to 8.

Mr. Amit Rao, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that respondent nos.4 to 8 are petitioner's two sons [respondent nos.4 and 5], their respective wives [respondent nos.6 and 7] and her granddaughter [respondent no.8].

He submits that the property in question where the petitioner is residing is owned by the petitioner and she had permitted respondent nos.4 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to 8 to occupy the first floor as licencees thereof. However, the respondent nos.4 to 8 with mala fide intention to grab the property, are extending threats to the petitioner.

He submits that various complaints were made to the police but no action has been taken till date.

In view of the above, issue notice.

Mr. Anand Khatri, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 3/State accepts notice. 9.

Having regard to the limited relief sought, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the SHO, P.S. Khanjhawala, Delhi to share the mobile numbers of beat constables with the petitioner. 10.

In the event any distress call is received by the SHO or beat constables from the petitioner, the same shall be attended to on urgent basis, in accordance with law.
