The present case has been taken up on mentioning by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that vide order dated 24.12.2025, this Court had directed the petitioners to deposit the costs of Rs.10,000/- with the Delhi High Court Bar Association Advocates' Welfare Fund within a period of seven days. The learned counsel submits that there is no fund available by the name of 'Delhi High Court Bar Association Advocates' Welfare Fund'.

This Court notes that there appears to be an inadvertent typographical error and accordingly directs that para 9 of the order dated 24.12.2025, shall now read as under:
"9. Accordingly, FIR bearing No. 70/2021, registered at Police Station The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 07/01/2026 at 12:20:42
Timarpur, Delhi, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 420/120B/506 of IPC and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed subject to petitioners each depositing a sum of Rs. 10,000/- with the Delhi High Court Advocates' Welfare Trust and the compliance report of the same be filed with the Registry of this Court within a period of 07 days from date."
