This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking protection from respondent no.5, who is her husband.

It is claimed that respondent no.5 has been threatening the petitioner and her child of dire consequences and she seriously apprehends threat to her and her child's life and liberty. 3.
The learned ASC for the State at the outset submits that the respondent no.5 has already been arrested in another FIR and at this stage there cannot be any apprehension of threat to life and liberty. He submits that the complaint given by the petitioner will also be looked into and if required, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

He submits that as and when the respondent no.5 is released, the concerned Beat Officer of the area will be sensitized and his mobile number will also be provided to the petitioner and she is free to approach him in case of any threat perception. 5.
Considering the above, no orders are required to be passed at this stage. The petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court in case any grievance remains in future.
