% 07.08.2018 The amended plaint as it stands has jurisdictional value of approximately Rs.40 lakhs as stated in para 17 of the amended plaint dated 28th April, 2017. Accordingly, the suit be transferred to be adjudicated in the District Court of appropriate jurisdiction.
