The present petition has been filed on behalf of an aggrieved senior citizen and widow, seeking directions to the learned Presiding Officer, Maintenance Tribunal i.e. the Additional District Magistrate, North West, Delhi, (respondent no.2) for expeditious disposal of the petitioner's application bearing Case/Complaint No. 743/S.C./DC(NW) 2023 filed under Sections 4 and 5 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 read with the Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009.

The said application seeks eviction of respondent nos.3 and 4 (son and daughter in law of the petitioner) from the petitioner's residential property at C-103, M.P. absolutely owned by her, on account of non-maintenance and severe illtreatment at the hands of the said respondents. 5.

The limited relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is that the respondent no.2 be directed to expeditiously conclude the adjudication of the petitioner's aforesaid eviction application, in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 (the concerned Adjudicating Authority) submits that the matter is at an advanced stage of consideration by the Adjudicating Authority and necessary steps shall be taken to conclude the adjudication expeditiously and, in any event, within a period of three months from today. The said statement is taken on record. 7.

In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition; the same is accordingly disposed of.
