The present Petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["Act"], seeking appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes between the parties arising out of a Facility Agreement dated 29.05.2018. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to prefer appropriate proceedings as are permissible under the law, inter alia, approaching the competent Court at Bombay for seeking appointment of an Arbitrator.

Leave and liberty, as sought for, are granted. 4.
