This is a Petition under Section 11(5) & 11(6) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act for appointment of an Arbitrator in accordance with the arbitration clause in the agreement entered into between the parties. However, this petition has been filed without invoking the provisions of the Section 21 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act. 2.
