Pursuant to the last order, learned counsel for the applicant has handed over a Demand Draft dated 29.01.2026 bearing No.500017 of Rs.5,00,000/- to the complainant who is present in person in Court today. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the applicant today is also willing to pay/ clear the remaining outstanding amount to the complainant, however, she does not have the means to do the same immediately.

present bail application has drawn the attention of this Court to the Status Report filed by the prosecution before the learned Sessions Court and submits that as per the own statement of the accused, she has taken monies not only from the complainant but from different persons also. 4.

Considering that the applicant is a first-time offender and has clean antecedents; and there are/ is no other complaint of any sort against her till now; and since there is no dispute that the applicant is a permanent residence of the address shared/ mentioned by her herein, there is little chance of her absconding, the applicant shall not be arrested in FIR No. 248/2025 dated 15.05.2025 registered at PS: Malviya Nagar, Delhi under Sections 420/34 IPC. However, it is clarified that the proceedings therein shall continue in accordance with law without any hinderance and/ or interference from any side.

As such, the present petition alongwith, pending applications, are disposed with the aforesaid terms.
