By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 1009/2015, registered at Police Station Farsh Bazar, New Delhi, for the offences punishable under Sections 186/353/307/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959.

The prosecution has handed up a status report, and the same is taken on record.

After some arguments, Mr. Ayyub Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. 4.

The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any comments on the merits of the matter.
