% 01.02.2016 CS(OS) 1937/2014 Previous cost of Rs.10,000/- has been paid on behalf of defendant No.6 to learned counsel for plaintiff in cash. Said cost of Rs.10,000/- has also been paid by means of cheque on behalf of defendant no.1 to learned counsel for plaintiff. Learned counsel for defendant no.2,3,5&7 undertakes that previous cost of Rs.10,000/- shall be paid by each of said defendants to the plaintiff on next date of hearing.
