% 05.08.2016 Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order dated 26.02.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 8539/2014 titled Gandhi Ashram Coop. Group Housing Society Ltd. v. Mamta Garg & Ors. and to comply with the same, the parties are agreeable to withdraw or compound the offences.

It has been submitted by the parties that they wish to approach the Trial Court to comply with the order dated 26.02.2016 passed by this Court with the liberty to the petitioner to move this Court if aggrieved by the order of the Trial Court in pursuance of order dated 26.02.2016.

Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
