% 01.04.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition assailing the order dated 14.03.2016 issued by DGM (HR), National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd., Badarpur Human Resources Department whereby the petitioner has been transferred.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Executive Secretary (ES) in NTPC Ltd. in Executive Cadre in E2 Grade.

The petitioner moved an RTI application seeking information regarding leave availed, tour details, medical records, etc. of Shri K.K. Singh, General Manager, Tapovan Vishnugard HEPP of NTPC Ltd. He further submits that the Central Information Commission vide its order dated 19.01.2016 directed the CPIO to provide the information sought by the

petitioner. However, the petitioner was transferred to Technical Services (TS) department. He further submits that sufficient persons are employed in TS Department to handle the workload of the department. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and application with liberty to make a representation to the respondents.

As prayed, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
