% 03.02.2017 Counsel for the petitioner and respondent no.3 points out that the Veterinary Hospital which was earlier operating at 13 Bazar Lane has now been shifted to 7, Bazar Lane, Bhogal, New Delhi and the rate of rent / lease charges which respondent no.3 was paying for earlier property shall continue to be paid. This proposal has fructified into a contract. This petition has now become infructuous. Counsels for the parties submit that in this view of this development respondent no. 2 (SDMC) be directed to de-seal the earlier property i.e. 13, Bazar Lane to enable the respondent no.3 to remove his articles / goods lying there. Ordered accordingly. Respondents no.1 and 2 shall also take all actions as advised under

law qua the said property.

Petition is disposed of.
