By the present petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to maintain social ties and repair the damaged house. 2.

A status report has been filed by the State which verifies that the petitioner's father aged 72 years and wife aged about 25 years were residing at Village Achal Pur, PS Raghov, District Supoul, Bihar in separate houses. The houses have tin sheds and the wife of the petitioner is working as labour in agricultural land of the villagers.

A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that the petitioner was granted furlough twice in the year 2015 and in the year 2016 neither any parole nor any furlough has been granted to him as also confirmed by the learned W.P.(CRL) 1033/2016

Considering the facts and circumstances and that the petitioner did not misuse the concession of furlough granted to him, I deem it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. 5.

Petition is disposed of.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
