Learned counsel for the parties submitted that the matter stands settled between the parties and they have already file a petition under Section 13 B(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 which is fixed before the Trial Court on 16.12.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, she may be allowed to withdraw the petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement dated 3.12.2019, as stated.
