The petitioner seeks directions to the respondents to finalize his candidature for recruitment to the post of ASI/Exe-2014 in the CISF, for which he was issued an offer of appointment as long back as on 31.7.2015. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents hands over a copy of the order dated 11.4.2018, issued by the CISF conveying the decision of the Competent Authority of declaring the petitioner and some other candidates as suitable for appointment in the CISF. 3.

A compiled statement contained in the order dated 11.4.2018, reflects the name of the petitioner at Sr. No. 5. The said documents is taken on W.P.(C) 3688/2018

record with a copy furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who states that nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition, which is accordingly disposed of.
