CM(M) 297/2016 & C.M.No.11387/2016 (stay) Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 01.3.2016. Vide this order the ARC had recorded the statement of the petitioner Naman Bhatia as also of Sanjeev Bhatnagar. The petitioner Naman Bhatia had filed an application under Order I Rule 10 of the CPC in the pending eviction petition filed by the landlord under Section 14(1)(e) of the DRCA. Arguments had been heard on the application. The Court in this order had noted that no document had been filed by the objector to show his right or title. The matter was, however, sought to be settled and in the course of this settlement statement of Sanjeev Bhatnagar and the petitioner Naman Bhatia was recorded. Submission of the petitioner Naman Bhatia before this Court is that he has been coerced to pay this amount of Rs.17 lacs and he did not do so voluntarily. The Trial Court has now fixed 07.5.2016 as the
next date on the application of the petitioner Naman Bhatia under Order I Rule 10 of the CPC. The statement made before this Court today shall be considered by the Trial Court. With this direction petition disposed of.
