2 and 4 to 6 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Shailendra Kumar Singh of police station Gokulpuri. Respondent nos. 2 and 4 to 6 submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide a Settlement Deed dated 28th July, 2017. Respondent nos.2 and 4 to 6 submit that they have no objection in case FIR No. 715/2013 under Sections 354-B/323/34 IPC registered at police station Gokal Puri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are

quashed. It is noted that during the investigation offence under Section 354A IPC was added. Respondent no. 3 Ms. Shimla is mother of respondent nos. 5 and 6.

She says that she has also settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and has no objection in case FIR and the consequent proceedings are quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and private respondents voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
