% 29.03.2016 The order passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Saket has been placed on record.

The suit property falls in District South-East. It appears that inadvertently this suit stood transferred from this Court to the South District. The defendant was also represented before the Trial Judge on the date when the order dated 02.3.2016 was passed. Accordingly, CS(OS) No.2945/2011 titled Capitol Estates Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Manjit Singh is directed to be transferred from the South District to the South-East District.

Parties are directed to appear before the learned District Judge South District on 29.4.2016 who shall pass appropriate orders of transfer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to inform learned counsel for the respondent/defendant of this order which has been passed today.

With these directions petition disposed of.
