1. Counsel for the Appellant/Workman states that pursuant to the order dated 22nd January, 2019 he has filed an affidavit contesting the calculation of the sum paid to him by the Respondents. He has handed over a copy thereof (mistakenly filed in LPA No. 521/2018 instead of LPA No. 233/2018) to the counsel for the EIL.

2. The EIL is directed to send the Appellant a response to the affidavit in writing within four weeks. If the Appellant is still aggrieved, it will be open to him to apply to the Court for directions.

3. The TDS Certificate has been handed over today in Court by counsel for EIL to the counsel for the Appellant. The appeal need not be listed hereafter. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
