This petition has been listed before this Court based on an Office Note pointing out a typographical error in Paragraph 18 of the Judgment dated 14.02.2025, wherein the date of the Impugned Order has been mentioned as 17.08.2023 instead of 07.08.2023. 2.

As this is merely a typographical error, the same is corrected. Paragraph 18 of the Judgment dated 14.02.2025 shall now read as under:

"18. We find that the Impugned Order was passed by the learned Tribunal on 07.08.2023. Instead of complying with the same, the petitioners have chosen to challenge it after lapse of more than one year, thereby causing further agony and pain to the respondent. The petitioners shall, therefore, pay costs of Rs. 15,000/- to the respondent."
