% 25.07.2018 The petition at hand seeks quashing of the First Information Report (FIR) no.1230/2015 of police station New Ashok Nagar involving offences under Sections 420, 387, 506, 120B IPC. The matter is under investigation with the police. The prime contention raised in the petition is that the allegations in the FIR are false, baseless and concocted. This is a matter of probe. The question of facts cannot be addressed in the jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr. PC.

The petition is dismissed.
