% 01.08.2016 Status report has been filed by respondent No.1. In the status report it has been informed that the property i.e. property bearing No.127, Shahpur Jat Village, New Delhi was inspected and pursuant thereto, necessary action is being initiated. Notices under Section 343/344 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act have been issued pursuant to the aforenoted property on 13.02.2016. Demolition order for unauthorized construction was also passed on 21.04.2016. The police have also been informed vide communication 18.04.2016. Letters of disconnection of water/electricity were issued to the concerned authorities on the same date i.e. 18.04.2016. In the status report, it is stated that sealing action under Section 345-A of the DMC

Act has also been initiated and sealing orders were passed on 20.05.2016.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1, under instructions, states that all actions in accordance with law shall be initiated within an outer limit of six weeks from today. Copy of compliance report be submitted to the petitioner within four weeks. No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of.
