% 06.10.2016 The report dated 05.10.2016 of the Registrar General submitted pursuant to directions given in the order dated 30th September, 2016 has been perused. The case is transferred to the file of District Judge East at Karkardooma Courts.

The parties shall appear before the said District Judge (East) at Karkardooma Courts on 10th November, 2016 for further proceedings in accordance with law. The District Judge (East) may retain the case on his own board or allocate it within his discretion to any other court of Additional District Judge under his control.

The registry shall ensure that the file reaches the transferee court well in time.
