Mr. Tagore Kharbanda, the Manager of the respondent/school appears through VC since he is stated to be suffering from serious medical condition. After some deliberations, Mr. Kharbanda submits to the Court that the respondent would pay a sum of Rs.17.00 lacs in all to the petitioner. However, he prays for payment by way of installments on the ground that the respondent/school is running for students primarily from EWS category. 2.

Ms. Anjana, petitioner in person, is also present through VC. Ms. Deepali Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is willing to settle for the said amount. Accordingly, it is mutually agreed between the parties that the respondent/school shall pay a sum of Rs.17.00 lacs in the following installments.

(1) a sum of Rs.5.00 lacs be paid within 45 days from today, i.e., by 14.06.2024.

(2) another sum of Rs.5.00 lacs within 30 days thereafter, i.e., by 16.07.2024.

(3) remaining balance of Rs.7.00 lacs within five weeks thereafter, i.e., by 26.08.2024.

It has also been agreed that the parties shall withdraw the cases/petitions pending against each other.

The statement of Mr.Kharbanda is noted. Mr.Kamal Khattar, Administrative Officer of the school is present in person and identifies Mr.Kharbanda. Parties are bound by the terms of the settlement. aforesaid payments shall be made by way of DD/RTGS in the name of the petitioner-Anjana Samnol which may be handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner against a valid receipt.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the above petitions are disposed of as settled in terms of the aforesaid order.
