O R D E R

% 13.04.2018 Respondent no.2 is present in the court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Amit Dutt of police station Lajpat Nagar. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and she has no objection in case FIR No.413/2016 under sections 323/341/506/354/ 354B/164/34 IPC registered at police station Lajpat Nagar-III and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed qua the petitioner.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in my view no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending.
