By way of this application, petitioner is seeking interim bail in case FIR No.54/2014 registered under Sections 21/22, 29/61/85 of NDPS Act at PS Special Cell in view of the serious condition of his daughter who met with an accident and thereafter grafting was done to repair the damaged limb and now there is lot of puss coming out of the wound. 2.

On the last date of hearing, petitioner was directed to be released on interim bail for a period of one week.

Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case and the medical condition of his daughter, the interim bail granted to the petitioner is further extended for a period of one week on the same terms & conditions as mentioned in the order dated 23rd March, 2016. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Jail Authorities after expiry of the extended period. 4.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
