W.P.(C) 2136/2015, C.M.No.3839/2015 and C.M.No.1580415807/2015 After hearing learned counsels for the parties, and in view of the submissions made, this Court is of the opinion that till the final decision in the appeal preferred by the petitioner is pronounced, the award of the arbitrator should not be given effect to. In other words, operation of the final award dated 02.12.2014 is hereby suspended and subject to final decision of the Delhi Cooperative Tribunal in the appeal No.20/2015.
Writ petition and the pending applications are disposed of in the above terms.
