Although these petitions have been filed for quashing of cross FIRs [FIR No. 420/2024 and FIR No. 421/2024, registered at Police Station Bawana] on the ground of settlement, Ms. Manjeet Arya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, submits that the chargesheet in FIR No. 421/2024 includes an allegation under Section 376 of the Indian CRL.M.C. 9266/2025 & CRL.M.C. 8505/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
