By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 320/2025 dated 13.10.2025, registered at Shahdara Police Station under Sections 308(4) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, alongwith all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, on the ground of settlement.

Ms. Nusrat Hossain, learned counsel for the petitioners, does not wish to press this petition.
