The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the present writ petition in view of settlement before the Permanent Lok Adalat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present proceedings, parties amicably settled their disputes before the Permanent Lok Adalat, vide Award dated 21st July, 2025, as further clarified by order dated 24th July, 2025 of the permanent Lok Adalat. 3.

It is submitted that as per the settlement recorded, the petitioner was required to pay a sum of Rs. 7,88,000/-, in installments, towards the subject impugned bill of Rs. 10,86,060/-.

It is submitted that the petitioner has duly complied with the settlement and has made payment of two installments of the settled amount, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. in accordance with the Award.

Thus, it is submitted that the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present writ petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same. 6.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel for the respondent, who submits that he has no objection if the present application is allowed to be withdrawn.

Considering the submissions made before this Court, the settlement dated 21st July, 2025 and order dated 24th July, 2025, passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat, are taken on record.

Considering the submissions made before this Court, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the present writ petition. 9.

It is clarified that the petitioner is bound by the terms of the settlement, and is bound to pay rest of the installments, in terms thereof. 10.

Thus, the present writ petition, along with pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
