Limited relief is sought in the present petition. The petitioner is aggrieved by the prolonged pendency of the proceedings in Cr Case 10739/2023 arising out of FIR No. 83/2017, registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj North (South). 2.

It is submitted that the Final Report in the FIR was belatedly submitted before the learned Trial Court on 08.11.2023. An application for condonation of delay was also filed. 3.

The petitioner is aggrieved that even though the learned Trial Court heard the arguments on the application seeking condonation of delay way back on 24.03.2025, however, no order has been passed till date.

This Court does not consider it apposite to dwell into the issue as to the reason for delay in passing the order. view of the nature of the relief, this Court deems it apposite to request the learned Trial Court to pass an order expeditiously without further delay.
