Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed to challenge the Order dated 10.11.2025 of the learned CJM under Section 84 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 which is in regard to PO proceedings.

Learned APP submits that subsequent to this Order dated 10.11.2025, the Petitioner has been declared Proclaimed Offender vide Order dated 27.11.2025.

Since the impugned Order has already culminated into the Petitioner being declared the Proclaimed Offender, learned Counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present Petition alongwith pending Applications to challenge the Order dated 27.11.2025 in accordance with law.
