Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for quashing of FIR No. 0538/2017 under Section 135 Electricity Act, registered at P.S. Punjabi Bagh and all the proceedings emanating therefrom in terms of the Settlement Dated 09.12.2017. 2.

In the Settlement Agreement itself, it is mentioned that the Respondent No. 2 shall not file any criminal complaint under Electricity Act and shall withdraw, if any, complaint is already pending in the Special Court, Electricity Act after receiving the entire payment of Settlement. 3.

In view of terms of the Settlement, learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition to file appropriate Application in the concerned Court for compounding. 4.

Petition alongwith pending Application, is permitted to be withdraw.
