% 20.04.2026 By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 314/2025 dated 25.06.2025, registered at Police Station Maidan Garhi, under Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Mr. Zishaan Iskanadari, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh at an appropriate stage, if so advised. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
