Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for modification of Bail condition and to permit him to deposit the cash Surety of Rs.30,000/- and one local Surety from Delhi and another from Kolkata vide Order dated 27.11.2025. 2.

Petitioner submits that he has no other person except an old ailing mother who is resident of Calcutta and he has not been able to arrange the Surety. A prayer is made that he may be released on the cash Surety of Rs.30,000/-.

After some submissions, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he may be given an interim release so that he can come out and make arrangement of Surety.

Considering that the Bail Order was originally made on 18.10.2025 and the Surety amount was reduced vide Order dated 27.11.2025, despite The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. which the Petitioner is not able to arrange a Surety, the impugned Order dated 27.11.2025 is modified to the extent that the Petitioner be released forthwith in terms of Order dated 27.11.2025 on furnishing of cash Surety on the condition that he shall appear before the learned Trial Court and furnish the Surety in terms of Order dated 27.11.2025 within 04 weeks. 5.

The Petition alongwith pending Application, is accordingly disposed of.
