O R D E R

% 24.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have settled their disputes amicably vide a Memorandum of Understanding dated 24th December, 2015 (Annexure 3); therefore, FIR No.319/2008 under Section 363 IPC registered at Police Station Prashant Vihar on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed.

Respondent no. 2 is the father of respondent no. 3.

It is submitted that respondent no. 3 is now major. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Rinku Bhakar, P.S. Prashant Vihar. Respondent no. 2 has identified his signatures on the Memorandum of Understanding at point 'X' and that of his daughter

at point 'Y'. He submits that respondent no. 3 is unwell. However, she has instructed him to convey to the court that she has no objection in case FIR is quashed. He further submits that he and his daughter have settled the matter with the petitioner of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent no. 2 submits that petitioner was known to them as he was living in the same housing society and they have no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between petitioner and respondent nos.2 and 3 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No.319/2008 under Section 363 IPC registered at Police Station Prashant Vihar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
