In view of the submissions made by the respective parties before the learned Trial Judge, the suit bearing no. 353/2015 titled M/s. Colours Offset versus M/s. Balaji Enterprises pending before learned District & Sessions Judge, South is directed to be tried by the learned District and Sessions Judge, South East who shall deal with the matter himself or send it to any other Court of competent jurisdiction.

Parties to appear before the learned District & Sessions Judge, South on 31.03.2016, date already fixed who shall pass appropriate orders of transfer.
