O R D E R

% 18.10.2016 By an order dated 15.09.2016, it was proposed to appoint Justice Anil Kumar (Retd,), a former Judge of this Court as the sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties and the matter was deferred for obtaining the consent of the proposed arbitrator and the disclosure under section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter 'the Act'). The necessary disclosure under Section 12 (1) of the Act has since been received. Accordingly, Justice Anil Kumar (Retd.) is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The fees of the arbitrator shall be fixed in accordance with Schedule IV of the Act.

The Registry is directed to communicate this order to the sole Arbitrator.

The parties are at liberty to approach the sole Arbitrator for further proceedings.

The petition stands disposed of.
