On being pointed out that the order impugned in this appeal is in consonance with the observation made in para 2 by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the order dated 02.12.2025 passed in SLP Nos. 36975-36976/2025 and also in consonance with the observations made by this Court in para 12 of the judgment dated 26.09.2025 passed in LPA 615/2025 titled P.P. International School vs. Municipal Corporation of Delhi, learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the appeal. 3.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
