The present Appeal, filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, challenges the Order dated 10.10.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court-01, South District, Saket, New Delhi, in Guardianship Petition bearing (G.P.) No. 36 of 2021, titled "Agni Shekhar Pandey v. Preeti Agarwal".

The Respondent is employed in Border Security Force and his daughter is in the care & custody of the Appellant i.e. his wife. 3.

Vide the Order under challenge, the learned Family Court has only permitted the Respondent to interact with the child for 20 minutes twice every week - Saturday & Sunday and the correctness of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. such an order is challenged in the present Appeal. 4.

After having considered the facts and circumstances of the present matter, this Court does not find it appropriate to interfere with the arrangement made by the learned Family Court. 5.

Hence, there is no ground to interfere with the impugned Order and present Appeal is rejected.
