% 05.04.2016 The present application has been filed for grant of interim bail to the petitioner for a period of one month.
During the course of arguments, it has transpired that the Trial Court has already dealt with this issue of grant of interim bail to the petitoner and opined that both the children of the petitioner are regular students of the school and it was no were clarified as to how and why the presence of the parents was needed at the time of readmission of the students. The application of the petitioner was accordingly dismissed by the Trial Court.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the admission process is to on from 01.04.2016 and would continue till 10.04.2016, the presence of the petitioner would be required at the school i.e. Swami Nitanand Senior Secondary School, Branmanwas, Rohtak only on 08.04.2016.
In the given facts and circumstances, the request of the petitioner cannot be acceded to and the present application is accordingly dismissed.
