Learned counsel for the petitioner, on his prayer, was granted leave of the Court to amend the petition vide order dated 24.12.2025, however, instead of moving any application seeking requisite amendment in the petition, he has altogether filed an amended petition. As a result of filing of the amended petition, it is difficult to continue with the proceedings of this matter with two similar petitions on record containing pleadings and documents in duplicate.
