Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By instituting the proceedings of this Public Interest Petition, a direction has been sought to the respondents for stopping and demolishing the alleged illegal and unauthorized construction said to have been raised on the property bearing No. 822 MCD, Ward No. 189, Khasra No. 175, Gali No. 22 at Zakir Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi-110025.

For ventilation of his grievances, the petitioner has already represented to the authorities concerned by means of a representation dated 18.09.2025, which has been enclosed as Annexure P-4 to the writ petition. 4.

appropriate authority, including the Special Task Force, to take into consideration the said grievances and take decision thereon at the earliest. We also direct that if any action is warranted to redress the grievances of the petitioner, as raised in the representation dated 18.09.2025, the same shall also ensue.
