The present petition under Articles 226 and 21 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "Under the above stated circumstances it is in the interest of justice most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:- a. quash the FIR No. RC-AC2 2006 A0002 dt. 04.01.2006 registered by ACU-II, CBI, New Delhi and cognizance order dt. 26.6.2012, against this petitioner as proceedings emanating thereform; lack of sanction order U/s. 197 Cr. P. C in the present prosecution. b. Issue any other appropriate writ, order and/or direction in the like nature, which this Hon'ble court may deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents c. pass any such and further order which your Lordship deem fit in the interest of justice. AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS, THE PETITIONER /ACCUSED AS IN DUTY BOUND SHALL EVER PRAY"
