% 27.04.2018 This petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for passing of the Arbitral Award in the arbitration proceedings between the parties.

Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, submits that the respondents have no objection if the prayer is granted. Having perused the contents of the petition and also the no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondents, the time for passing the Arbitral Award is extended for a further period of two months with effect from today.

The petition is allowed in the above terms, with no order as to cost. Dasti.
