This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) direct the respondent No.1 and 2 to cancel/revoke the conveyance deed dated 03.11.2023 executed by the respondent no.2 in favour of respondent no.8 vide registered no. 7293 in book no.1, vol. no.17257 on The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

pages 40 to 46 in the office of sub registrar-V, New Delhi Kalkaji in respect of prope1iy bearing House No. 2645 Old No. 50, 3rd 60 Foota Road, Gali No.67, E-Block, Molarband Extension, Badarpur, New Delhi admeasuring 167.20 sq. meters (200 sq. yards) (b) further direct the respondent no.3 not receive any property tax qua the aforesaid property (c) further direct the respondent no.5 and 6 to take legal action against the forgery committed by the respondent no.8 (d) and further directed to the respondent no.7 to produce all the documents which have been submitted before it for playing fraud with the purpose to disconnection of the meter installed in the name of the petitioner, in the interest of justice."

Counsels, as above, accept notice on behalf of the respective Respondents.

On an objection raised by the Respondents that this writ petition is not maintainable as by this petition the Petitioner seeks to raise disputed question of the fact as also calls upon the Court to adjudicate allegations of forgery committed by Respondent No.8, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition to take recourse to appropriate legal remedies but presses that a direction be issued to DDA to decide the pending representation dated 08.12.2025. 7.

Accordingly, without entering into the merits of this case, writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to the Petitioner to take recourse to appropriate legal remedies before the appropriate forum. 8.

However, considering that the representation dated 08.12.2025 made by the Petitioner is pending, counsel for DDA has no objection to a direction being passed for its disposal. Accordingly, DDA is directed to decide the representation within eight weeks from today.
