This is an application filed by the respondent in WP(C) 3663/2018, by which the respondent has prayed that the amount deposited by the petitioners before the Registry of this Court directed by judgment dated 24 October 2024 to be released to the respondent, may be released to Ms. Mamta, who is the daughter of the deceased respondent. The only surviving legal representatives of the deceased respondent are Ms. Mamta, and her brother Mr. Rajiv Walia. The respondent has placed on record no objection by Mr. Rajiv Walia to the release of the amount in favour of Ms. Mamta. 2.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to release the amount deposited with it, as per the order dated 24 October 2024, to Ms. Mamta.
